“Wallpaper samples were dispatched quickly enabling us to make a decision about which paper we wanted. The order process was smooth and efficient with good customer empathy. Goods were received on time and the overall product quality was good. Have no issues about using Home Flair Decor again.”

“I needed one roll of wallpaper to finish off decorating (in France). Home Flair arranged a quotation for postage for me and then sent the paper which arrived 3 days later. Excellent service and very friendly, helpful assistants.”

Thank you for taking the time to complete a review of your Home Flair Decor experience. We use Royal Mail's Second Class service to dispatch all of our sample orders. Your order was prepared and dispatched on the same day as it was ordered, just prior to the bank holiday weekend. Please can you advise if you have now received your sample? Certain postcodes are deemed as remote or extended by both our couriers and as such carry a surcharge to deliver to these areas. As our wallpaper prices and accessories are so keen, reluctantly, this charge must be passed on. These are as follows: AB30-38, AB44-56, CA18-27, FK17-99, G83, HS1-9, IM ALL, IV1-28, IV30-39, IV40-56, IV63, KA27-28, KW ALL, LA15-23, PA20-49, PA60-78, PA80-88, PH14-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, TR21-25, ZE ALL. We do suggest if your postcode is not listed and you are still seeing higher charges in your basket, to please contact us on 0161 729 1686 prior to purchase, and we will correct this for you.
