“The company went above and beyond when our delivery went astray. They offered to come out on a Sunday to personally deliver the product. I would give no stars to the delivery company who seemed to get everything wrong”

“While the processing of an order and the ultra-quick delivery is all very good I felt let down by a member of staff who thought her 50 years of selling paper was worth more than my 35 years of hanging the product after having a problem with a paper that no one else ever had a problem with. I have no problem recommending the company for the work they do regarding as I said processing and delivery, its all very good, but for aftersales it does seem to lack on backing up the customer leaving them to further look into the problem they had with the manufacturer.”

“We purchased this wallpaper from Home Flair Decor as it was approx £5 per roll cheaper than local retailers. We received the delivery on time within a couple of working days. Although the wallpaper has not been put up yet it is exactly as we were expecting it to be. All round this has been a good experience.”
