“Stay clear of this company they might be cheaper than other shops but there quality of wallpaper is atrocious I would say it's fake Graham & Brown wallpaper.”

We have been in contact with this customer who has sent over images and it looks like the decorator hasn't cleaned the paste off the front of the wallpaper and has dried white on the seams! We have asked for sample lengths to be sent freepost direct to Graham and Brown for them to do a test hang. G&B have been copied in all emails to show we are a customer of theirs. Home Flair Decor strives to always ensure our customer's needs are met. Graham & Brown are renowned for producing high quality designs, there is no such thing as fake wallpaper.

“Only complaint was that postage was advertised at £5 but I was charged £18 with no explanation as to the reason why.”

We offer a flat rate delivery service to most UK addresses, the couriers we use apply a surcharge to Highlands and Islands and certain other UK postcodes as they deem them remote or extended to deliver too. As our wallpaper prices and accessories are so keen, reluctantly, this charge must be passed on. These are as follows: AB30-38, AB44-56, CA18-27, FK17-99, G83, HS1-9, IM ALL, IV1-28, IV30-39, IV40-56, IV63, KA27-28, KW ALL, LA15-23, PA20-49, PA60-78, PA80-88, PH14-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, TR21-25, ZE ALL. We do suggest if your address is not listed and you are still seeing higher charges in your basket, to please contact us on 0161 729 1686 prior to purchase, and we will correct this for you. We have now made the appropriate refund to reduce your delivery charge back to the flat rate, when you are ready to place your next order – please contact us and we will give you a corrective code to use in the basket. If you require any further support, please contact our customer service team.

“i was very impressed with the website and the service and speed at which my paper was delivered. It has taken time for the paper to be pasted onto the walls but it has certainly been worth the wait. I would recommend Home Flair to other people due to the value of the goods and the first class service I have received.”

“I originally went on line by product code, and rang another company in the south. The girl there said that they didn't have the product but after looking on the computer told me that Home Flair did stock it. After ringing them they were superb, and the roll of paper was with me within 24hours”
