“So glad I came across the site! Start to finish they were professional. The gentleman that put my order through was knowledgeable and polite. My order came well wrapped and quickly. I have already had compliments about my wallpaper and it has only been up a few days. I will definitely use Home Flair Decor again .... Well Done and Thank You!”

“Even though the wallpaper was expensive, it was quite cheap and tacky looking, it reminded me of wrapping paper, very thin. We could not use it and had to remove from wall !!!!”

“I ordered my borders and adhesive on 14/05/15 and today is 25/05/15 and I still haven't received them. As I had allocated time to finish the decorating over this weekend's bank holiday I am very frustrated and disappointed. You said 3-5 days delivery so I don't think 11 days is acceptable. Please would you track my order and ensure it arrives asap? Jane Macdonald”

Thank you for taking the time to complete a review of your Home Flair Decor experience. We are sorry to hear your order has not arrived, this was shipped to you on 15/05/15. It was dispatched using Royal Mail's standard parcel service which we are unable to track. We quote 3-5 working days for delivery from receiving an order, once this time had expired (or before) we would have welcomed a call or email as we are contactable everyday to help. Please can you make some simple checks by checking if you have been left a red calling card, check any outside stores, bins or cupboards for the package and checking with your neighbours (unless you have opted out from Royal Mail leaving items elsewhere). Finally to speak with your postie or leave a visible note asking if they have attempted delivery in the last week? We have the proof of postage available and we will be happy to resend the order once these checks have taken place (if you still wish us to). We appreciate this has not fell within your timescales and are sorry that you felt unable to contact us directly. Hopefully we can get this order completed ASAP and you could revise your review of our service. If you wish to discuss your experience in further detail, please contact our customer service team.
