“Wow!! I love my Cushions!! I bought 6 cushions for 2 different rooms and look fantastic! Had only good comments about them. I placed my order over the phone, the lady was pleasant and helpful. The box arrived securely packed and on time. Overall delighted and have already recommended :)”

“The goods arrived promptly as promised. The packaging was very poor with the box ripped at both ends. The driver said that often happens with parcels from this company. Good service - Poor packaging !”

We do note that your order was requested to be held for a few days with the carriers we can only assume that during this time your parcel has been mishandled and the company you are referring to is DPD. We ask that any damages or concerns are raised within three days of delivery and this is the first we have heard about your delivery. “Product and delivery both fine, not sure for customer satisfaction it was a good idea to have a £3.99 price sticker on each product when I had been charged £6.00.... Especially considering £5 had been paid for delivery”

“Well we saw this lovely wallpaper in Homebase which was over £20 per roll, I decided to look online and wow, the price on the website was over £8 a roll cheaper ! I ordered straight away and even including delivery saved. Delivery was very fast with options to pick up at my local Halfords. Would definitely purchase from Home Flair again.”
