“I recently ordered 10 samples and these samples arrived but they were very difficult to pick which samples were which as only a couple of them had their relevant reference number on the back of them. This made it difficult for us and very time consuming to find out which sample related to which name. Even by googling some of the names on your website it came up with lots of options and the colours were diffifcult to make out properly on screen as sometimes the colours are completely different to what they look like on screen and this is why i ordered samples. This problem relates to order number Home Flair Decor - Order 34822. When I raised another order today the lady I spoke to said that all samples were stamped with the code and reference number. The ones I received wasnt stamped with codes I would welcome you comments on this and look forward to hearing back from you shortly with your feedback Regards Mrs Ibboton”

“I placed my order over the phone for samples, which came quickly and referenced on the back. I was able to make my decision easily, I rang back again to order. Customer service on all occasions was 1st class The wallpaper arrived securely packed and on time. I will be using Home Flair Decor again.”

“I am very pleased with my Denim Chic Standing Couple Sweaters Figurine the packaging was fantastic by Kelly who even put a smiley face on will keep checking web site when I need something unusual for a present again”

“Wallpaper is really good. Packaging could have been better as the end of the roll was damaged in transit. Fortunately I only needed a smallish amount so was able to salvage enough for my purpose otherwise I would have had to return.”

“Examples were delivered promptly and the price of the wallpaper plus delivery charge was reasonable. Thank goodness that Home Flair Decor had wrapped the paper up really well as the outer packaging looked as if it had been tampered with. Hopefully, this was just a one off as Homeflair deserve to do well if they maintain such a good service.”

“Brilliant website, fantastic range of products at competitive prices. I ordered over the phone (personal preference), spoke with Kelly who as very helpful and nice to deal with. Goods were delivered inside the time expected and the quality was spot on. First time I have dealt with them and only a small order but I will definately use them again.”
