“Home Flair Decor is one of the few, and best, sources of wallpaper borders. They are not particularly cheap but the quality is excellent. The borders we obtained for the last two rooms we decorated were the smartest we have seen and we shall buy more this coming Spring. (I could wish they didn't charge for delivery - why not one price to include goods and delivery?)”
