“Quality goods, which were despatched promptly. Paid £5 extra for next day delivery, however courier failed to deliver when they said they would (received an email saying would be delivered between 3-4 pm. When it got to 6:00 pm I went to track the parcel, it stated that could not find the address/failed to deliver. I called their office and this was untrue, the driver had too many parcel to deliver...... After explaining the urgency and asked if I could pick up the parcel from their depot (decorator due at 8:30 the next morning) they did eventually deliver 2 hours later close to 8:00 pm.”

“Samples arrived quickly and the wallpaper was of a high standard. Staff were very efficient and helpful and when I placed my order the products arrived quickly (I did pay extra for express service) and the wallpaper was well packaged to avoid damage. The paper looks great and it went on the walls well. Would definately recommend this company and will revisit again when next decorating. Thank you for such a good service:-)”

“You need to use a courier that can give you a delivery time rather than ' by the end of the day ' ridiculous , not delivered on the day it was supposed to either .”

Tracking information emails are sent from UPS as orders are booked into their delivery systems, the emails also state that you will receive a notification directly from us once your order has left the warehouse until which time the tracking information is not accurate. Once your order left our warehouse it was delivered the following day, in regards to time of delivery information - this is not available with our standard service, our express services do offer that information. If you wish to discuss your experience in further detail, please contact our customer service team.

“Satisfied with delivery time etc. Loved the border. However, the Manchester United wall poster was not printed sufficiently accurately and was therefore impossible to have all lines on the badge properly in line.”

“We were looking for a coat hook for our grandson's Christmas. He was one at the end of October and is already besotted by Mickey Mouse. Did not find "one hook" at Home Flair Décor, we found a beautiful Mickey figure with two hooks !!!. Its absolutely brilliant, easy to fit, safe (made foamed plastic, so it should not hurt even if it falls on his head) Totally recommend for Mikey Mouse lovers including boys and girls !!”

“Hi was very impressed with this company ordered wallpaper on Monday was here within time slot on Tuesday morning also had text letting us know this had arrived. Was left in secure place as well boxed up very well. Will certainly be back Happy 1st Customer”
