“My item was delivered in the time specified, the only negative was I had to wait again for for item to be delivered as first time around there was only one delivery guy and I live in a flat so unfortunately he could not deliver the item by himself. I would advise anyone that lives in a flat to make sure they log this when you confirm the delivery with them”

“Bought a beautiful venetian mirrored chest that looks fantastic in my bedroom! Very happy with the ordering, delivery and service. There was a minor scratch on one of the handles but unnoticeable unless closely inspected. Will be using homes direct 365 again and will recommend to friends as they have lots of really nice items. “Me and my partner purchased a bedroom set earlier in the year, there was a delay with delivery which we were not happy about. Now we have the furniture it is all forgotten. Its worth every penny and the very slight delay! Stunning we are over the moon with it. The delivery men were very professional and polite and the service overall has been good if you can get over the delay like we have. We ordered the La Rochelle bedroom set.”

“Company arranged part delivery for me so I can have most my items before Christmas, the remaining items will arrive early next month. I have just put the bedding on the bed and it looks fabulous, the dressing table set is so pretty and fits perfect which was an initial worry. The driver was very pleasant and assembled the items for me. If I had a negative it would be the time it came was 7pm, but he did call me and tell me he was on his way. Just hoping my other items arrive like promised, I was considering cancelling because of the planned after Christmas delivery, but the manager was very helpful and understanding and sorted it all out for me, a company that cares gets my money and good wishes.
