Ita DIY fkat pack Unless your a strong person with DIY skills do not buy as you'll need professional help to unpack and build this telephone drinks cabinet. Scratches all over and its left hand opening out, no option for right hand opening

Just a warning to all customers who return any goods please track your parcel . There does not appear to be a returns policy for this company ( rather worrying)& my parcel appears to have disappeared into the abis . No tracking = no refund . Be warned . Gave 2 stars as the item returned was quite nice but just too large .

waited over 6 months for my goods now been told another 3 months what a joke got a refund why don’t you get told when you order your goods especially paying in advance won’t be ordering again

Our vitorian bar stools has just arrived, at no point at the sale did it say they were self assemble, I have a very practical husband, who is struggling to put them together, the quality of the stools are not what we paid for. Description and quality of the product is poor. For what we paid they should have come assembled.

Be very careful - their standard delivery terms are to leave it downstairs, which since most of their goods are bedroom items, seems distinctly unhelpful. I have suggested that they revisit their policy which we only noticed when the goods were delivered. The deliverers reluctantly took and chest of drawers and dressing table upstairs as there was not room downstairs to leave them and my wife is recovering from hospital treatment. Richard

I adored a mirror from HomesDirect365 on 6th February 2016 and it was eventually delivered yesterday, 21 June. Nowhere on the website details for the product did it state the it was made to order and therefore that delivery might be delayed, in fact it was listed as "in stock". During the period (over 4 months) between order and delivery I received 2 email updates, but each giving the wrong estimate for when they would deliver (about a month in each case). I would much prefer a truthful update apologising and stating full length of delay than these frequent lies. When the mirror was delivered yesterday the delivery man was in a tremendous hurry, thrusting paperwork at me to sign despite the fact it clearly states that you're signing off on quality of good received - how I was supposed to know that while they were still in the box I'm not sure. On unwrapping the mirror it was as described and a nice product, but with a small chip in the gilt at the base on one side. Owing to the huge delay to get to this point I'm reluctant to even both trying to get this fixed, but I certainly won't be ordering from the company again. What a hassle.

Very disappointed - terrible customer service and awful delivery! They are unable to deliver furniture on a day that suits you and cannot deliver at weekends. They offer a 'pallet delivery service' as an alternative, which you MUST stay well clear off! This was the worst service i have ever encountered! They were unable to give me a time slot of AM or PM, which meant i had to take the whole day off from work. They provided no warning of when they would arrive (luckily i was in) and when they did arrive they left my furniture on a pallet in the middle of the street and drove off. Unbelievably rude too! Fortunately someone was there to help me bring the furniture inside, as i would never have been able to do this on my own! However, in saying this - i am very happy with the actual furniture that included bedside tables and chest of drawers (once i got these into the flat!!!)

Bad customer service experience! After having purchased a bed, chest of draws and bedsides from this company, on my next order I was hoping to receive some discount. When I requested this, I was asked to prove my previous orders and then write a review on the company. I did this and was then told that my review had been removed from the site for being un genuine! Not helpful and never received any discount! I Won't be using this company again!

Complained to Homes Direct and little was done about it. I notice on this site Homes Direct only respond to positive reviews and not negative reviews.

Share similar concerns re homesdirect365 re lack of specificity on delivery dates. Initially advised goods due end of Feb. I recently asked for a date and was told that now it may be mid to endMarch for them to receive it! They didn't notify me - the customer! I went back and read the info re delivery and to be fair to them, it does state non-stock items as having 4-16 week lead time. Presume waiting for containers to be filled before shipped. Would appreciate being kept advised as long lead times are unusual and they have my money! I'm currently in communication with them to try and pin down delivery dates and/or to be kept advised.
