“Delivery time was longer than expected. Had to pay for item before it arrived. Item arrived well packaged, so hope all is ok as haven't yet unpacked item but looks the right colour. Mirror looks quite what I expected. Thank you.”

“I ordered via eBay. Easily done. The company then got in touch via email and arranged delivery date as soon as possible. Delivery men were right on time slot and brought product right into room where required, couldn’t have been more helpful. Would definitely order again”

“Homes direct were helpful from the start of placing my order. They have a webchat and were able to give me an estimate delivery time for my product. The delivery did take a number of weeks although I was informed of this and was called by the delivery man to plan a time for this around working hours. The Tv stand came as expected abd fits in well with my home decor. I will look to shop with homesdirect again in the future when I start decorating other rooms in my home.”

“Very pleased with this purchase and the quality of the item. We asked a number of questions to the sales team prior to our purchase as we wanted to change the handles to match our other furniture. The response from sales team was swift and provided us with all the information that we required. Delivery was also good with the guys happy to put the item exactly where we wanted it.”

“Loved the shelves once I had put them together. Friendly delivery. Only gripe is that they took a few weeks to be delivered as they weren't in stock. Worth the wait though”
