“I haven't been able to review the taste of the honey because when I got the honey it was contaminated and the container was broken it was delivered in a plastic bag with honey leaking so I cannot honestly say what it's like I have not gotten refund or a replacement. I have contacted the company to no avail not happy with their customer service.”

“For the nutrition geeks: I have become psychologically dependent on Honey Feast Black Gum Tupelo; it goes into each cup of an organic teabag (CA) mix of chamomile and ginger, usually before my first cup of Sumatran and before lights out. A three-pound jug goes pretty fast, but is consistent in flavor and consistency from one order to the next. The Manuka is very good; the ginger is smooth, just not strong enough considering our intake from other sources. We'll be hanging with these good folks, for sure: birddad -- Lilburn, GA”

“Unfortunately, I experienced extremely poor customer service from honey feast. When I placed the order, I noticed the address was incorrect. I tended to contact them almost immediately, even before I received the confirmation email. I got no response. I finally got a shipping confirmation and quickly responded to their shipping department that the address was incorrect. They did not respond. I finally got confirmation from them that the package was delivered, to the incorrect address, of course. Weeks later, no response. No attempt to correct the issue, no attempt to make amends. They just ignored me. Now I’m sure that 90% of the time there are no issues. But knowing that there’s a 10% chance that there will be an issue and that they will ignore you, do not do business with this company.”

“I tried some on amazon but found they had their own site and will continue to order through it. The 2 honey types I have tried are fantastic. They are packed well and shipped propmtly. I love having a great source for domestic honey and especially one that is close to my ecological system.”
