Thanks for the feedback! It looks like your order shipped out the same day it was placed and arrived 11 days later. Although many packages are arriving on time, we do have to rely on third party shipping solutions for delivery. That has been a bit less reliable than usual due to COVID and holiday strains on shipping. Hopefully the delay did not cause too much trouble. For our part, we can say your tracking information will confirm the package was scanned by USPS at 7:13 am the morning after your order was placed. If there is still an issue with your package, please let us know and we will be happy to send a replacement.

“I ordered from Honors Graduation after my order to another graduation site went south. (The order was lost and, understanding it wasn't their fault, offered to buy another order and was totally offended they were still charging me $8 to ship two tassels and only offered about 15% off for the reorder.) I found Honors Graduations, ordered and paid less that what the others "offer" was! I wish I'd found you first but am happy I finally did! Quick shipping, great price and my thanks!
