“I was able to get the colored tassels for 3 of my grandchildren graduating in 2015, 2018, & 2020, from different colleges. Now I can shadow box their picture, tassel, & a makeshift card with their full name & date of graduation.”

Hi Tonia! You haven't received your order yet because this is a custom stole order. The website does state when checking out and on the invoice you receive that custom orders take 1-3 weeks depending on the time of year. The mock-up email you received also states the current 2-3 week turnaround. The order was placed on 7/6, the revised mock-up was sent on 7/6 and later approved on 7/13.
