“I had an order that did not come back to me correctly. I emailed a picture of the mistake on the order (the wrong color was sent from what I requested in the order) with a detailed email showing the order and the mistake on their end. I called the next morning and spoke to a very nice customer service person. Immediately he took note and confirmed the error. Told me they would send the corrected order ASAP. Very kind, professional, understanding and efficient -not the norm in today's customer service. Two days later I received the corrected order - Highly recommend this company. Keep up the great work.”
