Hello, we're sorry you never got tracking info and that it came so late. It seems it was delayed in the postal system. The tracking said it was out for delivery yesterday, did you receive it? Don't hesitate to call or email if there's anything you need.

“The products were exactly what I ordered. My only issue was that I paid 2-day shipping, and they did not arrive in 2 days. When I contacted Honors Graduation, they immediately refunded my 2-day shipping (even though the problem was with USPS), and advised if I did not receive the products the next (in time for my event) to call them back and they would refund the purchase price as well. Fortunately, USPS got them to me in time for my event, so I never needed to make the 2nd call. Great customer service!”
