Sorry to hear that was your experience! It looks like when you entered your address, you entered the house number on one line and the street number on another line, which is likely what caused the issue. You should be able to check to see what you put in on the receipt that was mailed to you. In the future, make sure to put the entire address (123 Main Street) on one line! The second line is usually for additional information, such as an apartment number. Glad to see it worked out in the end!

“The cap is too small for any adult. I had to cut the cap st the seam and sew new elastic It now has a large gap where the fabric had to be opened. Not happy but have to use it.”

“I wanted to make college graduation look more normal. My students weren’t going to get their honors cords until their delayed ceremony in December. I only received 1 set of cords when I ordered 2. The second set was sent overnight and saved the day.”
