“Everything was great except that the cap we ordered with a 2X gown didn’t match his head size. My son is tall and bigger and his head isn’t the same size as everyone’s. Now we have to find a new cap even though paid for this one. Bummer.”

“I was hoping that maybe the musty smell of the chords was just a one off thing from the batch I received last year however once again the batch this year smells as if they are stored in a damp, musty place. The smell is pretty strong and they need to be aired out as it would be awful for grads to smell musty while at commencement. The quality of them is okay, they still shed alot which is not ideal. After these batches that were ordered I may seek alternative options because the musty smell is odd, like where are they being stored.”

Hello, thank you for your feedback! We are working with our manufacturer to resolve this issue for future inventory. The cords are stored in a dry warehouse and we assume that the smell is developing during the shipping overseas but we aren't quite sure. If you would like to contact us directly about your specific order, please do so via email or phone and any of our reps will be happy to address this with you. Have a nice day!
