“This was the easiest decision in my senior year! I looked up so many different cap and gown options on google and amazon and this was BY FAR the cheapest one. I was so impressed with how the colors in real life perfectly match the colors online, and by how extremely fast it shipped to my house! Its soft and high quality and I cant wait to wear it for graduation. Thank you!!”

“The customer service here is amazing. Not only did my package arrived on time but they caught a mistake I made on my address and reached out to me. I made my other 5 days before graduation and it came the day before. The cords were thick and the ropping was beautiful done. For the price I was skeptical about how the quality would be but I had no reason to. Good job guys!”

“The stole arrived later than it was supposed to arrive. When placing the order, I was told it would take 3 weeks to make and deliver the stole. I received an email that the stole was shipped on November 30th, 2021. Every time I checked the tracking, it did not say that the post office had received the item until December 4th, 2021, four days after I was told it was shipped. Then I continued to check the tracking, and it would not tell me where the item was, just that it was in transit. The stole ended up arriving 2 days later than expected and barely made it in time. I wish the company would not have told me the item was shipped when it had not been yet.”

Hi there! Thank you for your feedback! I'm sorry to hear that your stole arrived late. I checked the tracking information for your order and we did mail it on the 30th of November but I'm not sure why the package wasn't accepted by the post office until the 4th of December. Unfortunately, between the months of November and December, delays are to be expected with the busy holiday season. We just do our best to produce and ship as quickly as possible. However, once a package leaves our facility we have to put trust in the different shipping companies we rely on to get products to our customers. “I ordered two tassels with dates on both of them. One of the items was good but the other had a gold band around the tassel but the date was more of a rose gold color that did not match at all. I contacted you by phone and email and never heard back from your company. I guess I was not happy with your lack of response.”

“We ordered and received custom graduation stoles and a hoodie. Not only did we receive our order in a timely fashion, the quality was excellent! The quality of the materials and craftsmanship in the stoles is impeccable! The sweatshirt is extremely soft, fits perfectly and all the lettering is perfectly aligned and professional.
