“Shipped Quick. Communicated well. Cords were not quite as thick as cords ordered in the past. BUT that was my fault for not ordering in time with the school's order. Overall: I had Honor Cords to give to my students.”

“I accidentally gave the wrong building number for a tassel to be delivered. I called and someone actually answered the phone(that's rare now a days) and they told me the address had been changed and was very courteous to boot. I had sent a email prior to calling, needed to be sure they received the message. On top of a error I made I received the merchandise a few days after placing the order (wasn't expecting that). I would recommend this company any day!!!”
