I would not recommend anyone to use your products or services at this time! I reached out twice with questions and have had NO response. Not a good way to run a company...we will not be back!

Been weeks since I ordered and they split up order and sent me two fittings out of 60 still waiting for the rest of my order…. There nothing “in a hurry” about this company

Joel, your order for a total of 30 fittings was placed while we were out for Thanksgiving, and respectively, 28 of them shipped out Monday the 27th, and the 2 on backorder shipped on the 30th, just a few business days after the order was placed. It appears that you received the second shipment, but that the first one is still "in transit", according to the UPS tracking number. With this said, we aim to fulfill most of our orders within just a few business days, and if something is lost in transit, which is out of our control, we won't know unless a customer lets us know right away, or in this case, weeks later. Normally, we will replace the fittings with no questions asked when this occurs, but it appears that you are not satisfied with this according to the review and the email you sent this morning, so I will go ahead and cancel and refund your order. hoseinahurry has not hurried this order. Payment was pretty hurried... Really need these items, can hoseinahurry please deliver. Rating can be improved upon delivery.

Tishaun, if we did not receive a phone call from you to let us know that you did not receive the package, then we have no way of knowing you did not get it as the tracking number shows it was delivered to the address you provided when the order was placed. This is a rare occurrence since UPS tends to have a good record of not losing packages, but this seems to be the case. We normally aim to correct situations right away if there is an issue with a customer's order, and would have loved to have had the opportunity to make it right with this order. Took for ever to arrive. Shipped by the slowest method however charged for quick shipping. The prices were higher than I could find them elsewhere with free quick shipping You should change your name to "wait forever for your hoses"

Good morning Sir - As discussed over the phone, we appreciate you taking the time to go over the issue with us and seeing where the review was misleading and that we did what our company is known for - getting the order consisting of quality, American-made fittings out within 1 business day. Thank you for your time and willingness to change the review to a positive review. I will update our response once it is updated on your side. The order was placed on Saturday 10.10.2020 (We are closed on weekends) and it shipped out on Monday 10.12.2020 - which meets our "most orders ship within 1 business day" goal (the ability to meet this goal has most definitely proven the name Hose in a Hurry to be a great fit). The shipping method you selected was UPS Ground, and we shipped it exactly as that – most customers that pick this option receive their package within 2-3 days. The “quickest” shipping method we offer is UPS Next Day Air and for an order to ship under this option, it would have to be selected and paid for at the time of order. As for pricing, yes, we agree you can find cheap "Foreign" fittings elsewhere, but we will take the chance on being a couple of cents higher to be able to provide a high-quality product that is made in the USA. I am a firm believer in doing our best to make every customer happy, so if there is anything we can do or if you'd like to take us up on a free shipping code, please contact me directly so we can try our best to make your next experience better than this last one. Not shipped as promised, the sales person put me on hold to verify the order would be shipped that day. It was not shipped and there was no follow up from sales.

We do our best to get all orders out as quick as possible, usually within 1 business day as stated on our website. In your case, we had to ship your reels of hose directly from the manufacturer because COVID-19 had created unplanned inventory shortages with increased demand in our inventory – this has be taken care of by ordering overstock product for our warehouse. Regardless, we rushed your order through our channels in order to have your order delivered to you in the same amount of time it would take to be delivered as if it had shipped from our warehouse - within one business day. We see how the misunderstanding that UPS ground could deliver within a day occurred because of our close proximity to your business, and we will make sure to make it more clear throughout our site that most orders need one business day to process, although some do make it out on the same day. Unfortunately, we were unable to give you an update about your order in several attempts made via email and a phone call along with a voicemail. We understand that emails can go to spam and voicemails can be over looked, so we would love to make this right by offering a $100 off your next order of over $500 dollars.
