On my last order, I was shipped the wrong item. Order No.11459. Item was 16U-616 for two pcs. What I got in the bag that was Mark 16U-616 was 2 of 06U-506. I did send an e-mail with a picture of the bag 3 days ago, but never got a response. I need the right item sent as soon as possible, for a job I have on hold. And need to send the wrong fittings back.

I am needing Eaton Weatherhead Crimp Fitting 06U-406,, But I can't seem to get this fitting :-(

Terry, the fittings on this order were 06U-606, which we shipped right after the order was placed and show as delivered to you. I think you guys need to work on you shipping price a little high for a four day delivery. You guys are 4 times as expensive as other people I order from and I get them the next day. I would buy more products from you but that holds me back

Benny, we appreciate you letting us know about this. Currently, the shipping prices are automatically generated on our store by UPS using location/weight and being that we are located in South Carolina, I could see how orders may take a couple of days to get out west. Eric, Unfortunately, we were short on that specific fitting at the time due to increased demand for the part and a delayed restocking shipment from the supply chain. This is something that is affecting the industry as a whole. To help combat this, we have taken measures like exponentially increasing our inventory stock levels as well as covering the cost for expedited shipping from the manufacturer. Parts and price were great. Not so much was the delivery and the parts were not delivered in a hurry.... took little over a week to receive small connectors

We sincerely apologize for the delay. Unfortunately, we are still experiencing longer lead times on stock orders due to the pandemic and the logistics issues that are being experienced nationwide.
