“need to update the website and disable the shipping policy dropdown that says you will have the option of using UPS or USPS for shipments depending on the weight or size of your order. The company actually only ships by UPS which is usually slower and more expensive than USPS.”

“I hope that all is well. I have yet to experience a customer complaining about your fittings blowing off. The grooves inside the hose end of the fitting appear not deep enough but when that fitting is crimped to Hose it really Bite down on that hose. So I would say that the fittings rate a 4 out of 5 Star ratings”

“Great product and price….the “inahurry” part left a lot to be desired. Ordered 6-9 received 6-24. If that would improve I would be likely to order again; otherwise probably just go back to NRP Jones and ship from Indiana faster.”

“Very friendly and helpful people. They have the hard to find JIS metric fittings. The fittings pressed on clean and secure. The fittings are not as heavy duty as Komatsu OEM but they should work well. I will buy from them again.”
