“Hoselink the best have used for years way better than conventional fittings doesn't pull free or break have fitted to our pressure washer and house even given couple away as gifts, gets a big thumbs up from me and an aussie company win, win all round.”

“Great products so far but still find some leakage on hoses. Customer service is ok and returns are easy. However not having a store to actually visit is a bit frustrating. Maybe one store in the whole of Melbourne would be possible?”

“Love the new line of Hoselink reels. Seems a bit different from the original but it’s all good. Not real impressed with the cut off attachments. The holes don’t seem to line up as well as the older ones I have do. Still a quality product so and I have no problems recommending the product highly.”

“I recently purchased a 30 metre hose reel. When using it I noticed that it was leaking from the bottom of the reel. I contacted Hoselink and they immediately sent me a new product and a sticker to send the faulty hose reel back. Very efficient service.”

“Don't have your call centre lady tell me that a product that is out of stock will be in stock within 2 working days, then I wait 10 working days and it still isn't in stock, and then when I call a second time have a call centre lady tell me is will not be in stock with enough time for it to ship before Christmas (it was meant to be a present for my mother), so I purchase a gift card so that she can purchase it later, and then 2 days later the product is available. Cool.........”
