“I had forgotten my password and they said at least 3 times they would send a password link to my email. They never did. And somehow I got in using Apple’s Hide My Email and yet they were giving me emails with a tag to make it 12 characters and a nickname. So I bypassed all that and placed my order and went to checkout having checked my address was right. I purchased the pods having uploaded my California ID previously. They sent the order out promptly but the postman just left a note to sign as I was outside trying to get my package. I saw the postman leaving and ran in and chased him down with my ID and his. He got the package. What a hassle. i left some kind of email complaining - they are now getting back to me. The phone number failed! What’s wrong with them? They should have my ID on file and send me a password link.. No real way to talk to them. Very frustrating! Fix your problems Buy Pods Now! it did get here fast, though. Better luck nextime and have my ID that I uploaded!”

“My order usually ships the next day. My most recent order I added a device kit which caused a delay in receiving my order. Otherwise, I think their shipping is fast. Great product.”

“I love that i can buy my vuse pods here. but I would like to see a discount for buying bulk. I used to get 15% off from Vuse but now they cant ship to my address. Please consider discounting. :)”

“Initially I did not have a tracking number or shipment info because I didn’t create an account upon ordering. However, I reached out to customer service and got a response from them promptly with all shipping and tracking info needed! I got my pod tanks in less than a week! This site is legit, and it ships in great timing.”

“I like it better when UPS delivers my package from this company USPS is the worst it took they never delivered it I had to go and pick it up and then they couldn't find it. I got a call at 4:00 pm that the package was found.”

“I don't know if they got a new vendor for their vapid but they aren't lasting per what's advertised. I just ordered a 10 pack and 5 of the 10 I feel are defective. I just ordered last week and went through 5 vapes that's insane. I had this problem last time with my prior order. I thought it was me, so i tried to reordered but now I know for sure I'm not the problem. These things cost too much for me not to have the quality that I'm looking for. Everything else such as service is good but I prefer working products.”
