“I made an order a week ago, and it hasn't been even shipped. I spent so much money with these people, $250 on my last order and I'm not even getting an update. Definitely never ordering from here again. The worst ever. 😫”

“I love you guys. Super pro. Always quick. Just wish there were more deals on vuse pods cause we spend so much on pods but still we appreciate everything you guys do for us. Thanks.”

“Vuse pods are TERRIBLE. They bubble, pop and leak constantly. I ordered 40 and at least half of them had a manufacturer default. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars rather than 1 is because I was provided a reasonable response from Elaine, in customer service. I appreciate that but not the garbage that I paid 256$ for.”

“Fast delivery, much MUCH better prices than local retail (impossible to find anyway); very low “fail rate” and received refund/replacement after sending defective pod back. Great customer service.”
