“The packaging is always good. Several times our vuse pods have leaked or been very dark and had to be thrown away due to bad taste. I emailed and no response. Delivery time is exceptional just not sure what condition well receive them in.”

“I like to get my vuse pods from BPD because they have better prices than the stores or even the "official" site. The shipping is super fast. The only drawback-and this is a manufacturing or quality control issue. The 5% liquid is always dark and tastes burnt or old.”

“Overall, wonderful company to do business with. Prices are fair and shipping is fast. I only have 1 concern: I am a consistent repeat customer. So I asked customer service for a standard offer code to help offset the price. Customer service agreed and gave me a repeat code for being a loyal customer. However, the repeat code did not work. So, I reached back out to them, and never received a response. Hoping I hear from them soon.”

“I love to purchase from here They ship quick and arrives next day. The only part I don’t like is the LAVA BOX have a funny taste from the Lava Plus I’m use to but they didn’t have any 10 packs Ice Grape. I tried to cancel and order the Lava plus but it was too late”

“Everything is awesome except the delivery. Sign for it, don’t sign for it 🤷‍♀️. One time it bounced around from place to place for 4 day’s. The package finally arrived on my doorstep with no signature 🤷‍♀️. Thank you”

“I spend a lot of money on this site and have never had an issue with them. I always receive my orders neatly packaged. My only complaint is they only sell my pods in a 2 pack and I'd love to have the option of the 4 pack.”
