“I have been buying pods from your website for a long time and I have never received any kind of discount or coupons, they are very expensive and I think that you should send some kind of discount for your loyal customers. Thank you 🙏”

“Love BPN. Don’t use anyone else. Subtracted a star for a couple issues. When when a product is backordered the website should indicate that so the customer can take that into consideration. The other is failing to answer questions on FB/Messenger or IG/DM. It’s 2023 all social media platforms should be constantly monitored as the overwhelming majority of people use them. Have heard other customers complain about trouble calling in as well but can’t confirm that as we haven’t tried that route yet. We have been answered promptly via email for the record. Customer service is everything. Gotta cover all the bases.”

“My order usually ships the next day. My most recent order I added a device kit which caused a delay in receiving my order. Otherwise, I think their shipping is fast. Great product.”

“Great Service but no too much of a difference in store pricing after tax and shipping. Spending $125 to avoid that is fine but some disposables don’t always work!”
