“The pricing is good compared with retail establishments in my state. Shipping can be a little long and someone over the age of 21 must sign for the shipment. This for me creates an issue; usually I’m not home when the mail comes and the drive to the post office is 10 miles away.”

“This purchase was my first! I have been trying to quit smoking so I thought a zero nicotine alternative would be safer alternative. Not bad for the price, just wished it lasts longer. Probably will purchase another.”

“Whenever I order, the shipping is very fast. Wish they had more of a stock sometimes but understand why they don't always have things in stock”

“The wrong product was sent the first time. I contacted customer service and they emailed saying a new package would be sent with correct product along with a return label to send back the wrong product. I got the correct product but no return label in box. I now have a message in asking for address and I'll just mail it myself I guess and pay the shipping.”
