“The wrong product was sent the first time. I contacted customer service and they emailed saying a new package would be sent with correct product along with a return label to send back the wrong product. I got the correct product but no return label in box. I now have a message in asking for address and I'll just mail it myself I guess and pay the shipping.”

“Love BPN. Don’t use anyone else. Subtracted a star for a couple issues. When when a product is backordered the website should indicate that so the customer can take that into consideration. The other is failing to answer questions on FB/Messenger or IG/DM. It’s 2023 all social media platforms should be constantly monitored as the overwhelming majority of people use them. Have heard other customers complain about trouble calling in as well but can’t confirm that as we haven’t tried that route yet. We have been answered promptly via email for the record. Customer service is everything. Gotta cover all the bases.”
