Robert, I am not sure what you mean by bonus shipping fee? We keep our prices very low and charge only cost for shipping. I apologize you had a slower experience with shipping speeds and unfortunately once the order is in the shipping carriers hands, it is out of our control. We appreciate you ordering with us!

“Long story short they no longer carry the item I purchased, and I’m still waiting for a my refund. I thought it was kind of messed up that when I purchased it it said there was two left and then I got a confirmation code saying It has been shipped and then I got a message saying actually we oversold and we don’t have anymore and we’re not getting anymore in. So when I get my full refund I’ll be a satisfied customer Just irritating The whole process I had to deal with all this Wish it was easier to get the puff Flows I wanted”
