“Placed order 12/24/2020, received 1/12/2021. Twenty (20) days to receive an order is way too long for priority mail. Not sure if it was buy pods or USPS.”

“You were great about canceling the first order I made a mistake about. Kinda hard to get hold of anyone over the weekend. Pods arrived promptly. Too bad there's not free shipping. I'm so spoiled by other other shopping sites -not used to paying for shipping over 50.00.”

“This has been my 2nd order of disposable units that had multiple defective units in the 10 pack box. They just gave me a credit rather than send me replacement units. I had to pay for shipping again!! Terrible customer service”
