“By far the worst shipping of any e-commerce company I made purchases from. Claim to send out the same day if ordered by 2pm (lie) it took 2 additional days for my order to ship and that’s not the first time. In addition if the order can’t be filled for some reason it’s your responsibility to contact the consumer and let them know so they can decide what they want to do. I’ve placed 10 separate orders and only once was there not an issue. I live less then 35 miles away from the business and pay for premium shipping and it’s taken 6 business days to receive my order (ridiculous)!!!!!”

Todd, You are one of the nightmare customers every seller dreads, impossible to take care of. Shipping is ultimately out of our control once it has left our warehouse. I would suggest learning some patience before jumping down anyone's throats like you have. As you can see we are a mom and pop sized business taking care of hundreds our of our customers needs. I am sorry that you don't feel that we did that for you even after many attempts.

“Shipping was quick but when I received them I compared them to some stigs I had purchased from salt Nic inc.(parent company of stig) The ones I bought from this website all taste icy even tho the real flavor of crisp apple stig is not supposed to be icy. They’re definitely fakes. I can’t speak to any of the other products on the website but the stigs flavors are all off which makes me think they’re knock off.”

“I purchased the 10 pack Apple Pear Puff Blow bars and had lots of issues with them. 7/10 of them work and of the 7 of them, 4 of them leaked. These say they’re 5 nic, but really are 1 nic.”

Joon, Kristen has been communicating back and forth with you since you stated your order showed as delivered but never actually got to you. We offered to re ship the order even though what needs to be done is file a lost package claim. We would be more than happy to take care of you in whatever way you would like. I am not sure how you can say that we have zero customer service.
