Closed down HoF account three years ago due to terrible customer experiences. Bought an item last week, all the same issues, no returns form, tried to take back to HoF store and told I would only get credit note, I needed to return in post for full refund! Ridiculous, stinks of Mike Ashley regime. Closing account again and will never reopen.

Ordered for next day delivery and it still hasn’t arrived after 6 days of waiting. Also, they cancelled an order as they said its not longer on stock but they told me after a few days. Misleading and unprofessional, they have lost a customer and i do not recommend no one to shop there.

Failed to deliver on time despite paying a £7.99 surcharge for next day delivery. Item poorly packaged. Customer services failed to respond to request for assistance.

The service i have had from your company is terrible I ordered two packs of Ralph Lauren mens socks and only received one pack which was for a Christmas present and I still haven't got them appalling, I will be putting this all over social media if you don't resolve this.has you can see this bag isn't big enough to fit 2 packs of socks in.

Item not delivered ( still !!!) . Ordered on Saturday 19th December to meet the Christmas deadline - it was a present . Highly embarrassing as there was no gift to give Christmas Day ( and postage charged despite item costing £150 ) No response from customer service.Appalling .

Item was received damaged, I had paid for next day delivery. Contacted them to see about a replacement and have still not heard back nor got a replacement for the damaged item which was a Christmas present. It's almost New Year now.

I ordered a set of glassware for Christmas delivery and at the last second the address page autocorrected my input address to half of a different address, which meant the delivery address was non-existent. In a panic, I went to immediately change it - which is impossible, even saying that changing or cancelling orders is not permitted, the excuse being it's less efficient in getting the product out. Well, what's truly inefficient is disallowing amends to delivery addresses or cancelling orders when that's what your customer needs to do - the glasses have now been sent to a non-existent address and I'm £20 out of pocket because of a stupid automated system and no customer service helpline.

Wouldn’t even give a 1* to be honest. Terrible customer service. Never received my parcel that was Christmas presents. Is it is marked as delivered, courier admitted parcel lost and to claim refund from house of Fraser. No reply from House of Fraser after 3 emails as there’s no other way to contact them. Could not afford to replace the presents without the refund. I have contacted my bank!

Very disappointed!! I placed my order on the 19th of December, paid £7.99 for next day delivery and I still haven’t received my order and it’s the 28th. I’ve tried to get in contact with House of Fraser and I have had no response. I will not be buying from you again or recommending any of my friends or family!

Not very impressed with receiving confirmation of order then being notified later that an item was out of stock to then have to order another separate order therefore had to pay delivery charge twice which isn't cheap.

I ordered boots on next day delivery for a Xmas gift. Black leather were ordered but blue suede arrived. I tried constantly to contact someone via telephone and email and have still not had a response a week later!! Boots have been returned and had to buy another pair of boots elsewhere. Still had no refund. Absolute joke

I am still waiting for my items. Money has been taken and I’ve sent 2 emails asking for help. No response. I will not be shopping with you again and will have to sir do further time trying to get my money back . Very unhappy customer

Terrible experience. Ordered on the 11th December with expressed delivery and still havent even received a confirmation with the DHL number, emailed them more than 6 times and no response yet. Does anyone know how to communicate with them?!

Very poor, I purchased an item on the 10/12/20 with standard delivery, I never received the item therefore sent emails on more than one occasion, which I never got a reply to. Had to contact my bank to get the money back for the item eventually. Disappointed in lack of professional contact with myself. No phone number available to speak to someone with regards to my issue.

I ordered £250 worth of clothing via next day delivery before Christmas, including a coat. Although it arrived on time, the coat worth just under £150 arrived with the security tag attached so was unwearable and ungiftable although being a wanted present. I immediately contacted customer service explaining I was shielding and there were no House of Fraser’s in my area to go to to get the tag removed (the nearest one is over an hour away, we are Tier 3 and I am not supposed to leave the house nor travel to another area). It would have been reasonable to be offered a free return and a new coat to be sent out, this time with the tag removed prior to Christmas. Instead, I’ve had NO response. I’ve tried phoning only to be cut off with no response as well as emails from a week ago going unanswered. No response on Twitter. These are challenging times but this is one of the poorest examples of customer service I can think of. Firstly, the security tags should have been checked and removed prior to postage. Secondly, it’s not ok to ignore a customer on several platforms and have no way that customers can talk to a human on the phone. Not good enough House of Fraser, extremely disappointing experience.
