Terrible experience. Ordered on the 11th December with expressed delivery and still havent even received a confirmation with the DHL number, emailed them more than 6 times and no response yet. Does anyone know how to communicate with them?!

Very poor, I purchased an item on the 10/12/20 with standard delivery, I never received the item therefore sent emails on more than one occasion, which I never got a reply to. Had to contact my bank to get the money back for the item eventually. Disappointed in lack of professional contact with myself. No phone number available to speak to someone with regards to my issue.

I ordered £250 worth of clothing via next day delivery before Christmas, including a coat. Although it arrived on time, the coat worth just under £150 arrived with the security tag attached so was unwearable and ungiftable although being a wanted present. I immediately contacted customer service explaining I was shielding and there were no House of Fraser’s in my area to go to to get the tag removed (the nearest one is over an hour away, we are Tier 3 and I am not supposed to leave the house nor travel to another area). It would have been reasonable to be offered a free return and a new coat to be sent out, this time with the tag removed prior to Christmas. Instead, I’ve had NO response. I’ve tried phoning only to be cut off with no response as well as emails from a week ago going unanswered. No response on Twitter. These are challenging times but this is one of the poorest examples of customer service I can think of. Firstly, the security tags should have been checked and removed prior to postage. Secondly, it’s not ok to ignore a customer on several platforms and have no way that customers can talk to a human on the phone. Not good enough House of Fraser, extremely disappointing experience.

Terrible. Massive complaint. My items came damaged. One of them didn't arrive as it was a chrismas present. Absolutely dissappointed. I'm a journalist and will be making a complaint. Debbie Hassan 15 Borden Avenue Bush Hill Enfield EN1 2BZ

I placed an order with yourselves on the 20th December and paid £10 extra for next delivery. It’s now the 27th December and I still haven’t received my order! I’ve complained twice and nobody had gotten back to me, it’s not even the couriers fault as you haven’t dispatched the parcel to them. I’m very disappointed, I would not recommend.

I paid the £7.99 next day delivery and it was not delivered then. When I contacted them they said the didn’t t do next day delivery during the weekend. This must be in a very small print so beware.

Ordered a few days before and left specific instructions on what address to deliver to, courier decided to leave outside, subsequently returned hone to no parcel, immediately contacted house of Fraser and have had no answer. Left me no Xmas presents for my partner and out of pocket Disgusting customer service.

Awful. The item i bought was just wrapped round the hangar, just a creased up mess. Will be returning ASAP as bought another elsewhere neatly folded in a bag in pristine condition with no creases in sight! Very disappointed

House of fraser cancelled 2 out of 3 of my orders without reason. Disappointed as they were christmas gifts. NEVER AGAIN.

Very dissapoitned with House of Fraser! Ordered trucksuit and I got it just trousers and top was cancelled! How I supose to do the Christmas gift if it was incomplete! very upset

Wrong size chart on the website, completely not match the sizes of real item,no telephone for customer service, so emailed customer service and almost a week now, no reply. If I don’t hear due another 10 days will contact bank to back charge for refund. Awful.. will never order again pictures below show the size 8 shorts

Paid for next day delivery and it never happened. No apologies, no refund , nothing. Will never, ever use you again.
