Ordered a wallet and had no correspondence from them i had to contact them after a week or so just to find out it got lost in transport - had i not contacted them they wouldn't have gotten in touch to tell me this

Disappointed that regardless of how much you spend you are always charged for postage. Having recently made a large order I found one item to contain a dirty mark which needed to be washed off. I contemplated returning but decided against when I saw you also have to pay to return items. Can get some bargains though.

I like HOF and it is a store my husband and I use. However we won’t be doing much ordering online as you pay delivery for it to come to you and then if it’s not right you have to pay to return. Therefore, like has happened to use on a couple of occasions recently, you spend around £10.00 with nothing to show for it. Paying delivery one way is fine but both is a bit excessive.

Size of dress was an American size which wasn’t stated on the website and had to pay for the privilege to return it. Not happy!

Sadly the bag arrived damaged and scuffed. Offered £20 off an Armani Bag, total. It was a gift to be sent off the following day. Incredibly disappointed with such a large, reputable company.

the order process was easy through the website but the package arrived and had been packed as though someone was in a rush to get out the door. The jacket was totally wrinkled and the dress was too and had no belt to go with through the belt loop - it looked like an ebay purchase at best.

I liked the item that I have purchased however i was disappointed with the packaging. I do not pretend to receive a coat of 500stg plus and arrive all crumpled in a plastic bag

Wrong colour jacket sent , attempted to return jacket in store , they would not accept it I had to pay to return the item tracked to prove I’ve posted it ..I forgot to get a receipt so I had to pay for the item to be returned out of pocket and not happy !

Quality of garments was very poor . Gaby Male polo shirt . Also packaging of £3.20 second class , I had to pay to return. Outrageous.

I have been told that your retail price and store price may differ when I queried the issue I have faced below but this is simply not good enough because the price on the website should have clearly stated that it applies to website prices only . Please read the issue below and escalate this. I am a collector of the Biba range of homeward specifically the Deco Peacock and manhattan crockery . Today I needed to replace a teapot so I yesterday I called your Reading branch to check that they had the item code and they said they did . They put the item on reserve for me and I sent my husband to go collect it as well as buy any other items of the Biba Manhattan and Biba peacock deco ranges as I want spares incase any part of my collection breaks in the future and also I have been told by your staff that the range is clearing out and won't be reordered .  Before my husband left this morning I checked the prices on the app of the manhattan cereal bowl , mugs and side plates and all these were reduced . When he returned he was charged full price for these items with no reduction.  When j called the store they said that the website price is different to that in store . From a customer point of view that is simply not acceptable as house of frasier is one company to me and no where on the details page of the item on the app does this say that this is a online price only . Please see attached the prices as per the app and what I was charged in store  Please rectify for this for me as it is simply unacceptable to me as the consumer. When I called the store they said they were unable to rectify this and that I should email customer services directly.  This is a bad customer experience as there should be clear indication saying that rhe price only applies to online also see my receipt from today where I show the prices I was charged for the items ves and  supporting receipts and screen shots the website price had nothing on it saying that this applied to website only . This is a misleading price display as I physically sent my husband to the store . The responses have been completely unempathic as if it really doesn't matter that thei pricing system is flawed and delivers a terrible overall customer experience

One of your beauty consultants at Clarins "Stephanie" (House of Fraser, Glasgow) is, in my opinion, a fabulous asset to your store. Knowledgeable, friendly and has great inter-personal skills. Very impressed with her customer service - hence this review.

Sent the wrong item then expected that I still paid for the recorded return. Won't buy again because returns aren't free, which I am sure is against the distance selling regulations. Cost me £4.99 in postage to be delivered and £7.00 for recorded return for a top that they sent the wrong colour in! I bought it elsewhere.

The delivery came quick but I think in this day and age House of Fraser should review the delivery charges and refund postage charges. I mean even click and collect you have to pay.
