“I bought a watch just before New Year and after 3 weeks the strap started to give me a horrible red rash.I got in touch with H.S. Johnson and they said they would get in touch with the manufacturers.After they contacted them they were told that nothing could be done and were not willing to help. To their great credit Steve Mason of H.S.Johnson said he would let me have a full refund and chase the manufacturer further himself at a later date.Now thats what I call customer service at its best and would like to publicly thank Steve and H.S.Johnson for their considerate gesture. Once the faulty watch has been returned I will be in the process of choosing another watch as replacement and will probably end up spending more but you don't mind when you are treated so well. Many thanks again Frank Coxon Torquay”

“They had a good price on the watch I wanted and with them being a real, UK based jeweller I had confidence that the watch would be real. This was a concern as there are a lot of high-end copies of the more expensive Casio G-Shock watches out there which could go unnoticed by an unwitting buyer. The reviews of the firm were good and when I phoned them they were helpful. They sent the brand new watch in good packaging in the timescale required without any issues.”
