“First ever purchase from HS Johnson. I bought a beautiful watch at an excellent price, which arrived well packaged up by insured delivery 24 hours later, with all the papers and certificates. Considerably better price than from any other UK jewellery outlet i could find, and the communication was helpful and prompt. Would certainly use again. Very happy customer. Many thanks”

“Ordered a lovely Baume & Mercier in the sale on a Saturday, received on the Tuesday. The watch was well packaged, and the delivery day was as stated. I asked for the free bracelet adjustment as instructed on the website and I got a friendly e-mail confirming that they had received my request. The watch arrived with the bracelet correctly adjusted. I am delighted with the service, and the watch, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend H.S.Johnson to anybody looking for a great watch with great service to boot.”

“Everything about this company is efficient, the website works, the prices are great, and the service and communication faultless. The watch was great, but just a bit too "goldy" for me if that makes sense. Handled my return with light speed. Will definitely be looking here again.”

“Lorus-rl461ax-9-black-leather-day-date-automatic-wristwatch-p17895 I do not automatically associate Lorus with high quality but this is an exceptionally solid AUTOMATIC watch which would not normally be available at the price paid.
