“I ordered a watch from Paris and received it only a week after. Johnson was at the time the only place to find this very specific watch. I have to confess i was not that confident into your service regarding the few bad reviews you have on your website. In the end i was wrong not to trust you very much because everything went great. “Bought a watch from H.S. Johnson which arrived faulty. I contacted them and returned the watch for fast, full, no quibble refund including return postage. I was really impressed by their customer service. I bought a second watch which arrived next day and I'm absolutely delighted with it. I will definitely be ordering from them again and would recommend to anyone. Items are dispatched really quickly and customer service is excellent. Really, really impressed.”
