“The watch arrived the next working day, exactly as described. I'm a bit sceptical about the value of the freebie (it is advertised on their website, but I doubt anyone would buy it at that price) Personally i would have preferred a cash discount alternative, say £30, instead of the advertised £130 "value". Overall though, I am very pleased.”

“The watch I was looking for was at a very fair price on this site. I liked being able to read about the history of the business based in Staffordshire. This reassured me that it was a genuine UK based site. The watch arrived within a couple of days and my daughter absolutely loves it, as do I!”

“I'm not normally one to write reviews but was mega impressed with the service of this retailer. Having looked for a certain watch my wife wanted, HS were the most competitive in price. Just want to say thank you as despite your size, the online presence you've developed is comparable, if not, better than some of the bigger watch retailers - thanks again.”

“Bought a Bulova Watch at a very good price, had a problem with delivery Royal Mail, phoned up re next day delivery, and they immediately sent me another one on 24 Tracked, recieved next day with the other one also. That's what's I call great customer service. Returned other watch to them and was immediately refunded my postage money. Very happy customer Karl Rating 10 out 10 well done.”
