“I ordered a watch from Paris and received it only a week after. Johnson was at the time the only place to find this very specific watch. I have to confess i was not that confident into your service regarding the few bad reviews you have on your website. In the end i was wrong not to trust you very much because everything went great. Thank you! See you later for another purchase!”

“Bought a watch from H.S. Johnson which arrived faulty. I contacted them and returned the watch for fast, full, no quibble refund including return postage. I was really impressed by their customer service. I bought a second watch which arrived next day and I'm absolutely delighted with it. I will definitely be ordering from them again and would recommend to anyone. Items are dispatched really quickly and customer service is excellent. Really, really impressed.”

“The good review is for H.S.Johnson not for the watch i did receive. The watch was not what I expected, very bad quality and cheap but H.S.J are not responsible as it is a genuine Tommy Hilfiger watch. Very surprised that a big designer brand can make such a bad quality watch. H.S.J were very good with the delivery and communication and they had the best price of this watch online.”

“Products are spot on, ordering was easy, prices are competitive, post to Europe appears cheap but comes in at a high cost due to import taxes leaving a nasty taste - Brexit has spoilt international shopping. I won't be doing that again. Not the shops fault, have a nice day.”
