“I was apprehensive about buying from a small unknown independent retailer, but my concerns were unwarranted and the service was excellent. I ordered a Garmin Instinct about 2 hours before the 1600 cut-off for next day delivery and the watch was safely delivered by the Post Office by 0930 the next day. Impressive service.”

“Great service, came much earlier than expected. Securely packaged and able to track too. Also my watch was at least £20 cheaper than their competitors because of the discount offered for being a new customer! Will be definitely using H.S.Johnson again”

“This is the first time I have had dealings with H.S.Johnson and I can only say that I am very impressed. Their ordering system is very clear, concise, and easy to use, and the item ordered was actually in my hand LESS than 48 hrs after placing the order. I don't think anyone can improve on that. The item ordered arrived well packaged and in very good condition and is exactly as described, so no unwelcome surprises. There are a couple of little gripes with the performance of the item, but these would need to be taken up with the manufacturer rather than the supplier. So I have, as yet, had no cause to contact H.S.Johnson's Customer Support Team (assuming they have such a thing) and therefore can't comment on their efficiency or otherwise. All in all H.S.Johnson are good people to deal with and I would not hesitate to recommend them anywhere. I also look forward to doing business with them again in the future.”
