Customer services absolutely useless. Told me they could not guarantee that my food would be delivered at all. So basically they do not provide the service you pay for

Food ordered for 8.30. Did not arrive. Reordered at 8.50 arrived at 9.45. Customer services didn't have a clue what was going on. In the very end I was offered a fiver to basically go away. Use ubher eats instead

ACCORDING to their website they do not deliver food in Hereford area so we can only assume they are delivering drugs around hereford disguised as food delivery service. STOP THEM PEDALLING DRUGS IN OUR COUNTY !!!

Delivery guy didn’t show up at my house + checked my delivery as delivered when it wasn’t. I lost £30 and got no food. A woman in the customer service team said that he would bring it back to the restaurant, he didn’t. After calling for the second time, another woman said the food would go to charity, she couldn’t explain further because she invented what she was saying. I was waiting for the delivery guy by the door, he could not be bothered to get off this bike. I ordered the day before with deliveroo and another driver arrived to my door with no problem. I cannot believe that these companies get away with it, especially these drivers. The way the deliveroo team handled it was awful. Purely disgusting.

For the umpteenth time! I know, but it has been so convenient to use the app to get food delivery as and when you like. In general the concept is fantastic, but now it's been going for some time something had to break. It has for me, monumentally so, deliveries vary from being spot on to a little early or late, very late. The food tonight was almost inedible because it was cold, this was a Katsu Kitchen (editions) meal of Katsu Chicken and side order of Chicken Wings with Egg Fried Rice and their Cucumber Salad, Katsu King Prawn, again with Egg Fried Rice and a side order of Sweet Potato Chips. The food itself wasn't bad, although I do question whether making the king prawns into a pattie and then covering in breadcrumbs is really what one should expect when elsewhere each prawn is individually wrapped in breadcrumbs. Yes it looked like a freezer meal you'd give to the kids. Then for it to arrive cold because when we were alerted to the fact that the driver was on the way, the transport went off directly south to where we are and drove around to Baltimore Wharf in the Isle of Dogs. The time of arrival went from an acceptable 20:05 to 20:45 in 10 minute increments from the time that the food was collected. Maybe they had another delivery, maybe they had been caught short and needed to go back to base. But to see the journey mapped out in front of you taking so long in Baltimore Wharf I did wonder if they had got the wrong address. Around 20.30 the transport headed in our direction and it took 20 minutes to get here, so by the time we received the meal it was almost chilled, the driver didn't have an insulated bag. It's cold tonight 02/04/2019 in London. He didn't have the heater on, it must have been broken as he had his sheepskin on. I digress. Deliveroo have been delivering food we have ordered from their editions outlets to us for several months, but it's gradually got more expensive where we were paying £25.00 to now where we are paying £40.00. It's no longer a cheap service. It's no longer a good service, it's adequate. I can see the end of Deliveroo if they continue in this vain, they have become a big, uncaring and greedy company. Go back to getting your take-away, get yourself dressed and go out and save yourself the irritation and cost of using the Deliverong service.

Food arrived freezing cold and was told all they can do is make a note of it! Food arrived late. Restaurant said driver had my food and was waiting around for another order. Hence my food so cold. I paid £4.00 for delivery. What a waste

Even one star is too much. No cash payment option to begin with. I received a wrong order, and when phoned to complain about it had a refund instead of the reimbursement that I asked for. The customer cervices didn’t make it clear that this meant my order was cancelled so I waited another hour for the food which never arrived. Then they told me that there is nothing they can do now. Deliveroo, you’re the LAMEST DELIVERY COMPANY EVER.

I have never ordered food from this company and I never will, but the delivery service seems shocking the cycle riders do not give a damn about pedestrians and other cyclists they speed through pedestrian areas I actually saw one of there cyclists hit a lady of some age never even stopped and swearing at her for being in his way on a no cycling area in Broad Street Reading, they are so rude cursing and swearing if you complain, how this company is getting away with it I don't know I think the Police should have a word with them before a serious incident occurs.

Food not delivered. Been charged. Rider lazy frankly to get out car find address and ring doorbell. Managers not bothered to investigated fully and email back on complaint. Why should I direct rider to my frontd door. Had many deliveries before. Wonder why riders love the job for free food! Total fraud.

I would give a 0 rating if I could. Ordered food that was more than an hour late. Estimated delivery time kept changing by 10 minutes at a time. The name of the driver assigned to deliver my order changed three times. I called 'customer service' twice only to be given the same scripted answers and not an actual solution. I was also put on hold both times when I asked to speak with the manager. Never ordering from this people again.

Terrible service. We ordered Deliveroo in Singapore for the very first time and thought we should give it a chance. Otherwise we have gone with GrabFood. The first experience is terrible. Deliveroo refused to give us the rider's number so we couldn't reach the rider when we missed the rider's call. They lefft and disposed our food order. When asked about the incident and the whereabouts of our food, they provided copy and paste response and did not offer any reasonable steps to resolve our issue.

The worst and most atrocious service I've ever encountered. I was left absolute speechless how shocking they are when you run into problems. Twice this happened which was kinda my fault as I should have learned my lesson but gave them the benefit of the doubt, I waited from 9.30pm to 11.00pm to then be told the restaurant had refused the order and it took them 90 mins to tell me. They would of obviously known this instantly through their systems but they still let me wait. Left my family starving after a long day and everywhere had closed by the time I found out and to top if off they charged my card and told me it would be back in my account in 24-72 hours! This takes rogue traders to a whole new level. They do not give a damn about your food or the service they provide. Stay well away, you've been warned!!!

As I had A DISGUSTING issue with you, I’m writing this review as the worst complain that you can have. I ordered #4585 at 8.18 pm and the order was supposed to come at 21.40. I called many times deliveroo service and without any kind of help , they told me that to be sorry , they will give me 2 pound for I don’t know what , and I don’t even want to know. I WANT my refund right now !!! This is disgusting. This is unbeliavable . This is the second and the last time that I’m ordering something from Deliveroo. Two horrible experiences. GIVE ME MY 50£ cause you don’t deserve it!!!! I will complain everywhere !

Awful. So so so bad. Such a simple concept and should be the best thing ever but food always late (often 1 hr or more) if it turns up at all. They tempt you in with great restaurants but always mess it up, ruining any food that is delivered
