Bad delivery experience! Ordered the same order twice , in the first time it was delivered to the wrong place without calling for confirmation , in the second time is was delivered damaged and spilled.

Hi, I’ve ordered some Japanese food with deliveroo. The app is really well done and the restaurants selection very good. Unfortunately is the second time the delivery service is really bad. The guy send me a message “I will wait only other 2 minutes”. I called him immediately asking what was going on. He told me “I will wait 2 minutes for the pick up because I don’t want to park my motorbike”. I run outside and he was seat on his motorbike at 200 meters from my building. I told him there is a park in front of the building and he was not interested. I took my food and at home I opened the bag. The food was completely a mess. I spoke with the customer service and they literally ignore me. Orribile service and orribile customer service. Really bad company

A driver banged my door down inappropriately! I complained, gave an accurate description and was advised he didn't matched their records and was probably not logged in! Really? How do they get allocated jobs and paid then??? Plus, he took personal ID details down. What about public data protection?? This is a joke. Next time I will personally deal with issues like this myself as Deliveroo take no responsibility for their divers misconduct.

They deliver to wrong address and refuse to help. Their agent believes that they made a call to me and it connected (while my phone was out of power). And the best part was that the agent closed the live chat window by himself before I even reply. Moron service, bye bye Delayveroo

Ordered and payed for KFC driver finally phoned me asking for postcode, (I already face full address in order) he then said in broken English that he would no drive 2 miles as he does not get payed for it. My 8 year old went without dinner scum company that should be investigated

It’s not a delivery service it’s a joke. You place an order, gives you a timeframe for delivery. And then the expected delivery time gets updated and it’ll be 5 more minutes. Oh no wait another update it’s gonna be 10 minutes late now. Oh well, you think, let’s just wait maybe the restaurant is busy. Except the time keeps getting pushed and the 10 minutes have now become over an hour and a half later. And you know the best part? the food was ready and they just didn’t have drivers in the area. So why the heck do you accept the order in the first place and why don’t you just say immediately ‘sorry we can’t deliver’ and give a chance to people to cancel their orders and go for another option instead of just adding 5 minutes at a time to your expected delivery time??????? Customer service will then give you some £ as credit on your account, very useful since will not be using their so called “service” again.

Don’t use Deliveroo, chances are they will just leave your food on someone else’s door step and not even knock. Awful service and inflated prices. Go straight to the restaurant, it costs let and you will actually get your order.

I placed an order with Deliveroo yesterday. The rider called and said that he could not locate me despite a contact address with clear postal code were provided. Finally the food did not reach me. I then contacted Deliveroo customer service who explained that the rider did attempt to deliver the food but failed. Therefore a refund could not be made. This decision is totally ridiculous ! I did provide a correct address and hardly understand why the food couldn't be delivered ! This is the worst order experience I have ever come across! Never order with Deliveroo again!

Food is always cold! They have too many deliveries to do in one run. Very disappointed. It’s always the same with every delivery and orders from different restaurants!

I ordered groceries as I'm self isolating. Order did not arrive. I complained and their response was sorry you are unhappy with your order but we can't refund you. They tried to take my money and shopping! Had to ask for a manager to even get a refund. I just wanted my delivery. I will never use them again!

I purchased two Millennium Pizza Bar pizzas through deliveroo, needless to say it didn't arrive at all. I attempted to get in touch via Google chat and I called half a dozen times, to no avail. I will never purchase from here or deliveroo again and will recommend to everyone that they avoid these services. Deliveroo refused to compensate due to the restaurant providing their own drivers - which they clearly not conduct any due diligence against to protect their customers.

While walking through Cardiff as a family my 8 year old daughter got struck by a boy going through the town as a stupid speed it knocked her flying !! The boy then shouted at my daughter to say sorry to him u til everyone around shouted at him he was in the wrong he got back on his bike and left !!! Would never recommend to use these !!

The worst delivery service!!. I ordered Mcdonalds from 4pm, till 7pm they're all figuring out where my food went. Unbelievable after 2 hours of waiting they said they'll just refund wow!

Never received my order. Contacted customer service and they said I complained too much, so my account was suspended . How can’t you complain when you don’t receive your order and you loose your money???? Worst experience

The worst experience. Driver was to lazy to deliver so marked it as delivered. I tried to make contact and no answer. Not good service at all and no order or refund offered or received

Continuously charged for items that don't show up. 50% of the time the food arrives cold as the drivers take so long to deliver. They never refund and the customer service chat is terrible- they close chats without resolving and re-place orders incorrectly. You used to be able to call at least and speak to someone, now only the drivers can do that so you have to reject an order on the door to make them take it seriously. They are not a customer-centric company and seem to have no concern when customers evidence that their delivery is incomplete... It's bordering on theft. Never had these problems with Uber Eats and Just Eat... I hope Deliveroo loose all their customers to these competitors. They deserve to go under.

I tried deliveroo for the first time, since I have been using other food delivery apps my expectations were similar But it disappointed to a whole new level. There is no instant customer service, whatever change you want in the order, or to check the status you need to contact the restaurant. That I could have done by directly ordering through the restaurant, I won’t need you. My order ran significantly late, and there was no one to address. First order and such pathetic experience, deleting the app right away!

I have been continuously charged for items not delivered and instead of putting money back in my account numerous transactions have been submitted as credit wh8ch them expires after time without being reimbursed. I now won't be using deliveroo.
