Hi Morad, Thanks for sharing your feedback! I'm not sure which product it is but seems like crushed crystals, which could have been crushed due to the harsh transportation environment. “Very good products, very polite customer support! Very professional packing ! Only downside was the delivery time since instead of 7-10 days it took almost 20 days for delivery with tracked DPD because of some misunderstanding with shipping team and discontinued UPS courier. All ordered products have arrived ,they are the real deal ! Highly recommend !”

“All is fine with research chemical products, lot of choice and good quality. For cbd product the delay is very long. Ups service is a must. Also the communication is pretty quick by email. Thank you team”
