Delivery dates are highly dependent on the shipping method, so we always encourage customers to choose DHL or UPS, which are insured and usually take less than 1-2 weeks within the EU, Hopefully, your experience with us will always be worth 5 stars in the future:) RC Team

“Fast shipping, good quality product; will definitely buy here again. Only points of improvement would be adding more payment options like IDeal and having images of the product on the site (although I'm not sure if your national law allows that)”

As far as I can see you chose Standard Airmail UNTRACKED and UNINSURED shipping method. This option usually takes the biggest amount of time for delivery (1-7 weeks) and we did clearly state this on our website. Please, no worries, the order should arrive within this period of time. Therefore, we are just kindly asking you to allow a bit more time for the order to be delivered since there were a lot of days off due to the Christmas and New Year celebrations.
