“Rien a redire sur ce site toutes les commandes passées ont été reçu via Dpd bien sûr. Avant je me faisais livrer par courrier normal et je me suis aperçu qu’on me voler toutes les enveloppes venant des pay bas . Mais depuis Dpd 100% des commandes reçu. Je recommande.”

Hi Santos, Thanks for reaching out! We appreciate your feedback! We're really sorry that your package doesn't make it to you. As far as I can see your order was shipped on the 25th of November. Please, be advised, that Regular Airmail takes the longest among all other shipping options - typically it's 1-7 weeks. You should receive the package within this time. Regular airmail is a bit overloaded due to the upcoming holiday. I wish we could speed it up - but it's beyond our control, unfortunately. Please, do not hesitate to contact us via e-mail or online chat, once the allotted time pass. We'll do our best to leave you satisfied! “Good products but after having 100 euros of product seized for no reason whatsoever, and nothing you can do to rectify the situation , I'll never use real Chems again. 25% off isn't gonna cut it.”
