Sorry to hear that you are not satisfied. We can see that you have selected to ship by airmail. We never recommend to use airmail as it is Risky, No tracking & Long Delays & No compensation. With tracked shipment we will be able to located the parcel and we have a compensation policy for those. Thank you for your review, Unfortunately it is very busy at our CS with many requests and questions coming in. We always strive to reply within 24-48 hours. If a payment has been made the correct way and the description contians the order number, then we will process and ship the order within 24 hours after receipt. If the information is imcomplete then unfortunately it can take a little longer as it has to be sorted and confirmed yet.

“I made 7 orders, all previous 6 were ok and delivered with nice care. The last one is still pending to be accepted to DHL for 1 week and no one from RealChems is answering my e-mail for 3 days. I hope it's only unfortunate occasion, will be solved as soon as possible and will not appear again.”

We are sorry to hear about that. Please note that in the weekend our CS is closed and therefore no tickets are being replied that time. I kindly request to reach out to our CS via the chat during working hours and they will be able to look into this. Unfortunately it can happen that a parcel has not been processed by the courier in the correct way which causes an issue. But we will always take care of our customer and make sure you get the parcel.
