“Been customer for years. Couple months ago purchased goods, arrived half of what I paid for, made a complaint been asked to deliver photo of original packaging, but after the they ghosted me. Haven't replied to any more emails. Avoid because if they mix your order you won't get what you paid for.”

Unfortunately I cannot find back any tickets linked to the mail address. Please contact our customer service via the chat on our site so they can look into this case, is it might be very well that something went wrong in the system.

“In fact that I am from Germany and they respect the rules what causes that a Iot of their items are not available for me anymore I am not ordering as much from them anymore as I did in the past. But anyway I can say that I am very satisfied with every single detail about all the orders that I did as a long time customer. I had never anything to complain about shipping time, customer service, quality of the products or any other detail. Especially the life chat helped me out in a very friendly and professional way with every question that I had. I wish the world and specially Germany would faster change it's mind belonging to the service that companies like Realchems.net offer because this mindset and the laws following the same are the only reason why they almost lost me as a frequently ordering customer.”
