wish i could get the last lost package back, i understand there has been problems with delivery and stuff, but still gave 5 stars cuz 9/10 times i get very good costumer service aswell as super exciting compounds that NEED this testing so we can contribute with HR techniques

Edit: After 2-3 months the issue got resolved, I got 50eur store credit and -15% off next order for my troubles. This is probably a one-off instance and I'm happy that I got at least some compensation but it really cost a lot of my trust for this company. BAD QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! It took two weeks and three times for me to contact them for them to send it. No free shipping even tho the website says so. (Got a -5% off coupon for next purchase for this but you get -15% if you just use a new email) Product was discolored and 75% less potent than promised and compared to before when I ordered the exact same product. No money back or new product or even an apology. Won't be ordering again.

I was little bit nervous first time because there was a problem with UPS shipping, but they reshiped my orders and everything was fine :)) Product quality is great and communication with the team is awesome! Thank you RC !!!

They work like many other company's. Good shipping options. But by far are the easiest to use. good payment options. packing was very good.

After 7 days Dhl Tracking number is updated...now i wait My Shippment and now I can Tracked My Shippment Very profesional Customer service or live chat....this guys seems not fake ..I will update my rewiew when I recived package 😉

Order never arrived the only thing they offered was a 20% discount on next order where I chose DHL.... While European law states clearly that a client is not responsible for the courier's mishaps, their terms are clear sure, but once again how does it make sense to ask the customer to order once more, pay full price and more for a DHL delivery that they overcharge for in order to send your order again. How can the client even know that they sent the order? good luck.

Hey there. Please forgive me for being a bit forward, but that does not make sense at all indeed. We would never ask a customer to pay again for an order that got lost by the courier in a tracked shipment...That's the whole essence of a tracked shipment. If DHL loses a package we know where we can claim and we would help you by sending a new (free fo charge) shipment immediately. That's standard procedure here. Could you please give me your order number? If this is true i'll get you sorted right now.

Quality tends to vary, for which I blame wholesale suppliers. Customer service is prompt and professional. My main gripe is that Shipping can be a black hole. Packages given to Post NL can sit with them for WEEKS without moving at all - and some never do move. This is COMPLETELY the fault of PostNL, and should not be held against RealChems, which is at least willing to work with you to address problems with that shipper, as was done in my case. This is an "edit" of my earlier review, which I am making after the Company responded here, and to me personally by email. RealChems and I worked together over the course of some weeks to identify the problems with my orders. Because I am a frequent customer, this caused extra trouble for the customer service folks as new orders appeared in the que, but they remained cheerful and upbeat - despite some setbacks and mixed communications. Staff took some of my email correcting a couple of things that got away from us with good cheer, and no resentment or justifications. IMO, some of that was complicated by initially having several CS folks attempt to help me, rather than just assigning the case to one person, who should have then seen it through to the end. It seems like this is indeed what happened towards the latter part of the resolutions phase (thanks, Daniel!) Anyway, my verdict is that most of the delivery delays and other problems, and particularly tracking issues, are being caused not by RealChems, but by PostNL - which sucks in every way imaginable, and I hope I can find a place to leave them the review they truly deserve. After our marathon efforts to get information and to resolve my order issues, RealChems valiantly provided me full compensation for my (multiple!) orders lost by PostNL, and a store credit in consideration of my inconvenience. I am humbled and grateful for the good service I received, and for the fact that the upper management even became involved to help me. I do hope that steps will be taken by RealChems to protect itself by further holding PostNL accountable for errors and loss, and to prevent such things in the first place by more vigorous and frequent tracking that is also transparent to the customers. In consideration of the above, I am re-rating RealChems from 3, to 5 stars.

Hey Kimberly! First of all, thank you for your honest review here online. We really appreciate that! If you don't mind me asking: did you choose a tracked PostNL shipment or just regular airmail? If you chose a tracked shipment, then you are absolutely right! In that case it is 100% our responsibility to take and i'm really sorry if the Realchems employee you spoke to for some reason failed to do that, going against our own strict company policies. In that case I would sure love to hear from you what we can do to make this right! However, in case you chose an untracked shipment (regular airmail), that does make it a bit of a different story. The second that package leaves our warehouse, we have no control over it anymore whatsoever. We cannot track where the package is, what happened to it or if it was in fact delivered. Choosing airmail (we always advice tracked shipments!) does in fact makes the package your own responsibility, but even in that case our customer support agency usually has the courtesy to contact PostNL for you, to see if they perhaps have the package somewhere. We certainly should have done that, if in fact you chose airmail. Could you please let me know what exactly happened here? We would the opportunity to make this right.
