“After a long and exhaustive search to compile a list of research chemical companies, I settled on Realchems.net. All the orders arrived without problems, but in the last one, I noticed that for a long time the shipping process did not show any progress. So I got in touch with Realchems and in a few minutes they replied that they would do the necessary checks. They processed the incident satisfactorily, keeping me informed of the process and in a reasonably short time I received the order. I congratulate Realchems for its excellent customer service, its correct and satisfactory resolution of incidents, and for the quality of its products and services. Some delays with shipping carriers may occur, but if you choose DHL or UPS we would always offer a reshipment for the lost order. “EDIT : I Think they started scamming people, I've made an order on the date 17/07/22 after 2 reship the package hasn't arrived yet, only promises no facts. Now I have to wait 10 days to be "checked" with DHL. Shame. I've made more than 14 orders in past with them and NOW they have started scamming people? Dumb move, this is my last order with them, i'm DONE. Also by looking at other reviews I'm not the only one. IF and i say IF i will receive my package i will change my review.”

“The 25% discount ended a couple days before stated. But in fairness the discount was too good to be true on some products. I contacted costumer support, explained the context and they stil provided me with a generous 15% discount. Products were excellent, costumer service was swift and professional the order arrived in 2 or 3 or so days. Thanks for the Triple AAA service.
