“They were very considerate, gentle, kind and informative. I would absolutely highly recommend PuppySpot and My Pet Cab to anyone looking to purchase and transport their new family member. Tim was was the pedicab driver and without question he as amazing.”

“Dean was very helpful and took time to be with us after delivering our puppy home. He gave us some useful tips since it was our first pet and helped calm down our puppy after the travel which was helpful in getting her settled in the new environment. 5 stars indeed!!! Thanks, George (Lathrop)”

“Our experience with My Pet Cab was excellent - from the call the day before to confirm travel to the communication with the driver and delivery. We could tell the driver really cared about transporting the puppies too. Thank you.”

“This was such a great service and all of our expectations were exceeded. The communication from the individual delivering our puppy was excellent from the airport to our house. She comforted our puppy who was anxious in the crate and our pup was cleaned up prior to her arrival at our house. Thank you!”

“Pet Cab was excellent! They called me right when Brixie was available and gave me a very accurate timeline of when she would be arriving. When Brixie arrived, the women delivering Brixie was so kind and excited to hand Brixie off to me! I highly recommend Pet Cab!!!”

“We received a call the day before notifying us of the potential drop-off time, which was helpful. Also, the gentleman who delivered our puppy was extremely friendly and called 15 minutes before he arrived to give us a heads up. He was great.”

“Kate confirmed with me, the prior evening. The next morning she (again) called me, to let me know...she arrive at my home within 45 minutes. 45 minutes later, she was here with my brand new little girl. She was sweet, friendly and helped me to welcome my bundle of joy. Including, anything I needed to know..that arrived with her. She is a keeper!”

“Wonderful experience. My contact with the driver started right when my pet arrived at the airport. She was so kind in calling and letting me know how cute my puppy was (and she truly is!). She brought me the puppy in her arms and was as excited as I was. Such a great 1st experience for me and my puppy in her new forever home”
