Puppy arrived smelling of urine and having discharge from right eye. Nothing was relayed regarding the eye discharge. I medicated the eye and the dog is better. Driver was professional and called before he arrived.

Driver was here on time. She seemed exhausted from all the driving. Was not enthusiastic about the puppy at all and when I asked about feeding she said she can not talk about the puppy and that I should call Puppyspot. He did make it here but it was not the great experience that I’ve read in your reviews online.

We appreciate your feedback. Our driver enjoyed meeting you and introducing you to your new puppy. Since My Pet Cab has the pleasure of delivering all types of breeds, we instruct our drivers to defer all puppy health and care questions to the experts at Puppy Spot and/or your veterinarian's office. In this case, as you asked for specific information regarding type of food and feeding frequency, our driver was following our protocols. We are sorry for any misunderstanding this may have caused and hope you are enjoying your new puppy!

Puppy arrived unharmed but I was very upset with how dirty she was when she arrived. I understand that travel is stressful for a puppy but it was the drivers responsibility to clean her up before she arrived. He told us that she had an accident in her crate and we should take a look at her leg then he left. There was poop caked into her fur on her back leg. It must’ve been there for a long while because it was dried out and hard. We had to cut her fur off in order to remove it.

Was not a great experience - the driver had no idea if she ate, or a drink- or went to pee. She smelled horrible and they lost her mothers blanket.

As we were unsuccessful in contacting you directly, we would like to reassure you that we prioritize the care of each puppy My Pet Cab receives from its flight. Rest assured, your puppy received individual attention which included a clean crate, puppy pee pad, fresh food and water upon arrival. Puppies are then offered water throughout their journey home, and pee pads are changed as needed. I apologize that our protocols were not communicated. We have used your feedback to improve our processes and emphasize that upon delivery our drivers share the details of the puppy care provided.

The driver delivered our new pet puppy safe & sound! However, I just wished she would haven taken time to review the pet paperwork with us, etc. I just didn’t expect a quick “here you go”, picture snap and then “bye”

Driver was hurried and did not even glance at my new pet who has been n the car with him. Not a pet person at all. I thought he might speak about how he did on this travel bujt he did not say a word

Pet Cab was nice enough, but she was in and out in about 45 seconds, indicating that she had four other pets in her car. She also told me that Holly had an accident and she tried to clean her up the best she could, but Holly did smell a little bit and she did have some green discharge from her vagina the next two days because she probably sat in her feces a bit.

Driver kind of made it awkward, acted like we were part of some marketing campaign trying to direct us to open the kennel so she could take a photo. Then said say "forever home" and we were still kind of shocked that we thought we were about to meet a new long time family member, but instead we are part of a marketing opportunity for some company. So, we didn't say anything and she said sarcastically "or not" --- kind of ruined the moment we had been looking forward to for 2 months... I paid 6K for this dog, no one should be using my likeness or horning in on my special moment without at least asking my permission to do so first.

We take pride in our customer service and appreciate your feedback. To clarify, our COVID protocols require the driver to take a photo, in lieu of a signature, for contactless proof of delivery. We are sorry that our driver's enthusiasm was not well-received, even though I can assure you it was well-intentioned. I can't help but wonder if my puppy was every let out to poop. She had an extreme amount of poop for a 4 pound puppy in her first 24 hours after delivery.

Everything was wonderful except for the conditions for our puppy - he arrived soaked in poop and urine. I know this can only be helped to a certain extent but it wasn’t ideal.

Driver did arrive when he said he would but our puppy was not just (understandably) frightened, he was also quite hot, his fur was wet and the acrid odor of urine from his carrier assaulted our faces before even crossing the threshold. I didn’t even want to kneel next to it for the photo the driver wanted of me with it. Not sure if the puppy got on the plane that way but it was not a happy first impression. Poor thing went straight into a bath the second we could coax him out.

I must admit I was disappointed with My Pet Cab. Maybe I was expecting too much... here are the positives: they called me the day before and gave me clear details on his delivery with a window of time and that he would call on his way over and he did. The negatives; Tim was nice enough but he was suppose to bring a bag of food and didn’t, it seemed a bit rushed like let me take a picture and I’m out of here, and lastly the crate was all wet with water and pee. It was a mess!

We are sorry to hear you were not pleased with the delivery experience. As the Last Mile provided for your puppy's journey we take over once the plane lands. The food is supplied by the breeder and company you purchased your puppy from and we will provide the feedback to them. We will also follow up with our driver to ensure they watch for puppies knocking their water bowl over in their travel excitement. Enjoy your new family member!

Shannon was our driver and she was great about contacting us with her ETA, and then keeping us updated when she ended up behind schedule due to traffic. The only reason I didn’t give more stars is because she didn’t check my ID when arriving. Although I know she could tell we were all waiting for our puppy’s arrival, I still feel like she should have checked it and I was prepared for it too.

Overall the service was as promised... Great communication along the way with no surprises. So as the customer, I could say "4" or "5"... But I'm leaving a "3" because my new puppy showed up pretty dehydrated and it doesn't appear he had an opportunity for a "#2"... the poor little guy drank and drank and drank ... and when he did have a chance for #2 once out of the crate, it was ...well, #2, #3, #4... just lots of BMs in the first 24 hrs with me.

Thanks for the review and the feedback. As the final mile piece of your puppies journey and as part of our care given by MyPetCab we ensure food / water is provided when they arrive at the airport and then along the way to your home as well. We also clean out the kennels completely and replace the pads. As first time air travelers its not uncommon for puppies normal habits to be disrupted for a short time. Looks like your puppy was in our care for approx. . 2 hours from the time they landed until they were delivered. Looks like this is a delivery from December so We hope you have had a great few months with your latest addition !

Hello, the crate is supplied by the breeder and/or the company you purchased you new family member from. As the last mile piece of your puppy's journey My Pet Cab has no control over the kennel or the color of the kennel. We will follow up with the driver reading your puppy being wet. As part of travel they do sometimes go again right before delivery and some pups like to play with their water bowls. We hope the first few days with your new pup lead to years of enjoyment!
